By purchasing or participating in any services provided by Lindsay Schroeder or Our & Are, LLC  (“Company”), including but not limited to private priestess containers, mentorship, sessions, or programs (“Services”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

Scope of Services

The Company provides spiritual mentorship, priestess facilitation, embodiment work, and personal development services.

Services are intended for personal growth, identity development, spiritual exploration, and leadership support. They are not therapy, medical treatment, psychological services, legal advice, or financial advice.

Client acknowledges that they are voluntarily participating and are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.

 

Eligibility

By purchasing Services, Client confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

 

Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

If a payment plan is selected:

  • Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments.

  • Failure to complete payments does not release Client from the full financial obligation of the agreed amount.

The Company reserves the right to pause or terminate access to Services if payments are missed.

 

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the energetic, time-based, and capacity-limited nature of the Services, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

Client understands that:

  • Results are not guaranteed.

  • Personal transformation depends on individual participation and responsibility.

  • Dissatisfaction or change of circumstances does not entitle Client to a refund.

3 Month Private Priestess Program

Private Priestess Container - The crème de la crème offering. This is deep work with me, access to the Vault of my work, in addition to my in house team, which is beyond expansive & potent! 

 

This is an intimate, high-level container for those who are already powerful and ready to be supported at & beyond the level they operate.

Three-month immersive mentorship designed for spiritually attuned leaders, soulpreneurs, and practitioners who are navigating expansion, identity shifts, and deeper embodiment of their power. You may already have success, clients, visibility, and momentum. What you may not have is a space where you are fully seen, held, and supported.

 

The Details: 

  • We kick off with a 90 minute deep dive intake, where we excavate, uncover, look at, face, and explore any & all of the areas of practice, magic, work, reframe, issue, love, desire, issue, problem, stagnation, & more. 
    • After the intake call I sit with myself in ceremony and create a live google doc with the start of your coaching program and share that with you. We will continue to grow that document, after you take it in, you might want to edit, add, remove, or move things around. I encourage that, we let it continue to develop as a living creation. 
    • This is very dependant on you, some clients like to have all the possible topics and select from the topics day of, other clients really love having the flow of the entire program planned out, other times we have a plan and then get on a call and based off what's really alive for you in the moment. 
    • Every step of the way I'm checking in with you and offering you tons of options, so we really integrate, ASK & IT IS GIVEN! 
  • After the 90 minute intake call, we move to weekly 1hr zoom calls
    • Additional calls can be booked in as needed, or specific to the work we are doing, however a standard 1 hour call scheduled weekly will be our baseline. This can be a consistent day and time or booked to your preference through my booking software.
  • You will have a 60 min client call booking link that you will have access to, allowing you to schedule and reschedule as you need. You will also have a personal zoom link which we will join all our calls on, and recordings of each call, so you can re-visit again and again.
  • We also have M-F connection in Telegram (or Whatsapp, Voxer, or Signal if you have a preference). I enjoy Telegram because it has the ability to Pin things for easy navigation. This can be video messages, audio messages, text messaging, or sending links and downloads. I check in at least once a day M-F and often times more than that when/if you are navigating something specific, for instance if you notify me a specific day is a day you will be in a ritual practice, I'll make sure i'm extra available to message before and after your practice! So we can steep in the magic, in real time! 
  • You get access to my vault of previous work and together we can build a plan (and keep a consistent cadence of follow up) so you can explore and study on your own, then integrate and embody, or do active practice on what you've studied together. You will get access to the portal with over $15,000 worth of spiritual education. Programs, Masterclasses, previous & current Memberships, as well as anything I am live hosting during our program duration. 
  • You get access to my in-house staff, I have a collection of phenomenal practitioners, from astrologers, to human design readers, to akashic records readers, to somatic practitioners, and more. We can work with these practitioners together, so I'm there to make sure we don't miss a question and I can support you with more depth and understanding in your integration.
